Getting it home
Parcels under 20 kg go to your nearest DHL Service Point, with a fee of 69–169 kr calculated in the cart. Items over 20 kg or over 150 cm go by freight with DHL Hemleverans and the distributor phones you to book a time. Delivery is to the property line and carry-in is not included, but carry-in can be ordered for larger goods — contact them for the cost. International: FedEx for smaller items, pallet freight for larger ones. Island surcharges possible. Transport damage must be reported within 3 days with photos, and a missed delivery costs 300 kr for a parcel or 800 kr for a pallet.
